Lentil Curry

- Onions
- Garlic
- Tomatos
- Spinach
- Oil for cooking
Spices
- Red chilli powder
- Corriander
- Curry powder
- Cumin
- Bullion

- Salt, pepper, lemon juice

Steps
- Boil Lentils in salted water for ~20 minutes
- In an oiled pan,
- cook down onions and garlic until fragrant
- add spices, then cook for about a minute
- add diced tomatos, season with salt and cook for about 5 minutes until mushy
- add the lentils, spinach, a little water, and more salt and pepper
- simmer for 5-10 minutes until desired consistency
